Phone: 509-328-6653 HOUSTON E. SCRUDDER, CFP® is the President of Quantum Financial Planning Services, Inc., and has been active in the financial planning field since 1969. He earned his Certified Financial Planner™ designation in 1980. Houston has served on the ICFP national board for many years and was Dean of the ICFP retreat in Utah. He has served on the Board of Practice Standards for the CFP from 1995 to 1997, as well as the advisory boards for three different Broker-Dealers.
Locally he has served on boards of directors and as an officer for Spokane Youth for Christ, The Guild’s School Foundation, and Interplayers Theater. Higher education includes a pre-law degree from Washington State University and specialty courses at Farleigh - Dickinson, Notre Dame and the University of Miami.
Houston is frequently quoted in newspapers from the Spokesman Review to USA Today and has written many articles for publication. He was recognized by Money Magazine as being one of the four best financial planners in Washington State. Houston is a regular guest speaker for a variety of national organizations. Houston is a Registered Representative of Securities Service Network.
