Associate Financial Planner

Bailey Erickson, MBA, CFP® joined the Quantum Team as an Operations Specialist in June of 2023, just after earning his Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Washington State University. Before graduating, he also received a Certificate of Financial Planning from UC Berkeley Extension. Bailey is passionate about helping others achieve financial success and is excited to partner Quantum to reach that goal. His educational background in finance, paired with both his coaching skills and professional experience, aide Bailey in exceeding our clients’ expectations.

As a live-in fraternal advisor at WSU, Bailey was the recipient of both the 2021 and 2022 WSU IFC Chapter Advisor of the Year award. He continues to serve as the recruitment advisor for the Beta Theta Pi fraternity, helping the WSU chapter win the National award for Outstanding Recruitment Program in 2023. In his spare time, he also enjoys restoring classic cars, fishing, skiing and camping – hobbies he first cultivated in his hometown of Vancouver, WA. Although he just recently relocated to Spokane, he is looking forward to putting down roots here with his wife, Abby, who was born and raised in Medical Lake.
