Caliste Dober thrives when putting her organizational skills to use and is passionate about work that positively impacts her community. Joining the Quantum Financial Planning team in 2024, therefore, was a natural fit and she has since proven to be an invaluable asset. Caliste holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Gonzaga, where she developed strong interpersonal skills that foster teamwork and collaboration. Her previous customer service roles highlighted her enthusiasm for customer interaction, which she continues to value in her current position at Quantum Financial Planning.

Originally from Bozeman, MT, Caliste spent her childhood exploring the outdoors, enjoying activities like hiking, camping, and skiing—passions she maintains today in Spokane. In her free time, she also enjoys creative pursuits such as upcycling clothing and enhancing her culinary skills.
