Joe joined the Quantum team in 2025 as a Paraplanner. In his role, he works closely with our Financial Advisors and Operations team to support clients by building financial plans, managing our financial reporting database, and leveraging his IT background to streamline processes that create a true “WOW” client experience.

After graduating from Eastern Washington University in 2005, Joe began his career in the healthcare industry, where he honed his project management and learned he loved work that required detailed planning. His passion for simplifying the complex and helping others find clarity ultimately led him to financial planning, where he can bring peace of mind to clients. Joe earned his Series 65 license in 2025.

Joe was born was in Vancouver, Canada, to an American mother and a Ghanaian father, but moved to Spokane in 1994, where he completed high school and university. He met his wife, Brittany, in 2006, and together they have been blessed with two wonderful children. Outside of work, Joe is passionate about travel and creating meaningful family memories—otherwise, you’ll often find him on the basketball court.
