Client Relationship Coordinator

Kali Queen serves as a Client Relationship Coordinator at Quantum, joining the team in 2025. She began her career in financial services in 2022, bringing with her extensive administrative and business experience. Prior to entering the industry, she owned a home health care business and held licenses in several lines of insurance, equipping her with a strong background in supporting families as they plan for long-term security and independence.

A lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest, Kali grew up in Mukilteo, WA and has called Coeur d’Alene home for the past seventeen years. She and her husband, Michael—an educator and football coach for nearly three decades—have six children, four grandchildren, and a full calendar of sports, school, and family activities. They enjoy spending summers on Lake Coeur d’Alene, traveling to visit extended family, and cheering on their kids in athletics.

Kali loves the community she and her family have built in North Idaho and looks forward to bringing that same care and dedication to the clients she supports at Quantum.
