Rachel Koziol joined the Quantum Financial Planning team in 2026 as a Client Service Associate, bringing a robust professional background in account management and leadership from her tenure at a local insurance agency. She is deeply passionate about the client experience, thriving in roles that allow her to provide high-level support and build lasting professional relationships.

A Spokane native, Rachel returned to her roots in 2015 after attending school in Oregon and spending several years in Seattle with her husband, Jason. Outside of the office, Rachel fully embraces the Pacific Northwest lifestyle, whether she is paddle boarding on local lakes, cycling and hiking through the region’s scenic trails, or discovering the best local eateries with her friends and family.
