Client Service Manager

Tiffany Tucker serves as Client Service Manager at Quantum Financial Planning, where she leads the firm’s Client Service team and oversees the processes that support a high-quality client experience. Since joining Quantum in 2008, Tiffany has played an important role in building and maintaining the service standards that clients rely on.

In her role, Tiffany manages the day-to-day operations of the client service department, providing leadership, training, and support to her team. She also directly manages account maintenance requests, and ensures client inquiries are handled efficiently and thoughtfully. She works closely with the firm’s advisors to make sure clients receive consistent, proactive support throughout their relationship with Quantum. Tiffany’s initiative, attention to detail, and long tenure with the firm help create a seamless experience for both clients and the advisory team.

Tiffany is a Spokane native who graduated from Northwest Christian High School before pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Child Psychology from George Fox University. She lives in Spokane with her two children, where they enjoy everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer—hiking, camping, spending time at local lakes, and skiing as much as possible.
