Client Service Associate

Michaela Fung, FPQP™ excels at making clients feel welcome and comfortable when they arrive at the office. In addition to greeting clients for in-person meetings, she also helps answer client questions when they call, and connects them with other team members as needed. She loves being part of a productive team where elevated client service and genuine interactions are highly valued. Outside of client service, Michaela also keeps our office running smoothly by managing our team calendar, ordering supplies, and carrying out essential short-term projects.

Michaela grew up in Monticello, MN, but moved to Grand Forks to attend the University of North Dakota where she received her BA in Communications, with a minor in Leadership. Following graduation, she held several leadership and training roles for Chi Alpha, which honed her ability to prioritize tasks, work as a team, and problem solve. Shortly after relocating to Spokane, she joined the Quantum Team and has been thrilled to put her outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills to great use.

Michaela and her husband, Austin, were married in 2023, just after Austin started the Aircraft Maintenance program at Moody Aviation. Austin’s end goal is to become a missionary pilot overseas. In their free time, Michaela and Austin love spending time outdoors and exploring PNW national parks.
